We offer free shipping on every order across Australia — no minimum spend, no exceptions. Here is everything you need to know about getting your HauzCo order to your door.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We deliver to all states and territories across the country.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time: 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within Australia takes 5-8 business days.
Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 6-10 business days.
Please note these are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand periods, carrier delays, or weather events beyond our control.

We ship with Australia Post and trusted local delivery partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our Track Your Order page.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@hauzco.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
