Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hauz Co purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our policy below and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at support@hauzco.com. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns — 30-Day Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Not a non-returnable item (see below)

Return Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@hauzco.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

Please do not return items without first contacting us — unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow a further 2–5 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. Contact support@hauzco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email support@hauzco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item or damage
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No questions asked.

Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. Please contact us at support@hauzco.com and we'll resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page.
